Install the demo and watch the videos to familiarize yourself with the
application
After you have purchased the software you should uninstall and download
a fresh install
then you can choose to install the template which has no data so you can
start fresh.
You will want to setup a map which is just a jpg picture layout of your
units
look at the demo map to get an idea of the look.
MAP: Units should be white backgrounds with outline boarder and the unit
number within the unit area
MAP: in setup you then hotspot the map and assign it the unit number

Complete setup with pricing, taxes, etc.. then test out by making some
trial rentals to see if setup ok.
